Plush set it and forget it fork

Plush set it and forget it fork. Ride is so smooth and the price point make it the goto fork for most of my builds.

Z2 rattles and vibrates and doesnt feel safe after < 300 miles

My fork is a 2023 model fitted to replace an MRP fork. The bike it went on lost favour to another and hardly did any mileage until 2025 but had been kept under cover in a heated garage. From day 1 there was a bit of front end rattle but I thought it was the headset and ignored it. This year I've put most of the 277 miles on them and now I don't trust them at all - they feel horrible, rattling and vibrating and flexing... It seems this is a known issue with the lowers and the cast-in bushings. People if the internet had lowers replaced under warranty and they were fine, others it started happening again. I no longer have a warranty but an otherwise brand new looking fork, with limited mileage but unusable. Do I take the risk a £200 replacement of the lowers will last or just throw them away now? I'm incredibly disappointed with them and do not recommend them to anyone else - you are just taking a gamble on yours being ok and lasting. The price level is below what I normally pay for a fork and its bitten me with the classic buy cheap, buy twice scenario (not that I'll buy another!). Marzocchi/Fox... You should do me right and swap these out but I don't expect to hear from you :(

Hey Matt, sorry to hear your fork is not performing as expected. Regular maintenance of your products will increase its performance and lifespan. It is recommended that your fork receive a Full Factory Service every 125hrs or yearly - which ever comes first. If you do choose to go new on another fork, we do have our Rampage Sale going on now. Should be 140mm of travel

Love it but could be cheaper not that good do better

Bring back 120mm 27.5

I have an earlier z2 - 27.5 120mm travel. PLEASE bring back shorter travel 27.5 forks. Some of us are still riding these.
